My practice as a Creative Life Coach combines twenty years experience as an artist and arts leader, with an advanced-level certification in Ericksonian coaching methodology.
My mission is to support every individual I work with in the realisation of transformational change in their lives.

It’s relevant to any area where you want to catalyse powerful change—whether in your artistic practice, creative entrepreneurship, professional growth, work-life balance, bringing a major project to life, or navigating challenges with clarity and resilience.
Driven by a core value of service, and a belief in the unlimited potential and creativity of every individual, I meet my clients in the space they are emerging into, co-creating the conditions into which they can grow. I seek to support every client in leveraging the full force of their creative self to catalyse powerful change and manifest their most authentic and intentional life.
