• The first session of a cycle is 90 mins, subsequent sessions are 60 mins.
• Sessions are held via Zoom, unless otherwise specified.

1. Chemistry Call
We begin with a chemistry call to determine if Creative Life Coaching is right for you and to ensure we’re a good match as coach and coachee. If we align, we’ll proceed to the next step.

2. Coaching Options

◦ Coaching Cycle: A focused, strategic journey to ensure effective and sustained progress. Coaching cycle options:

12-month cycle (48 weekly sessions)
9-month cycle (36 weekly sessions)
6-month cycle (24 weekly sessions)
12-session cycle (weekly or fortnightly)
9-session cycle (weekly or fortnightly)
6-session cycle (weekly or fortnightly)
3-session cycle (weekly or fortnightly)

◦ Ad-hoc/One-off Sessions: Typically used for follow-up, check-ins, or support after completing a coaching cycle. This option is also flexible and cost-effective, ideal for occasional support or specific needs.

3. Final Session Reflection
The final session of a cycle allows us to reflect on your progress, insights, and transformation. We’ll also define clear next steps to ensure continued momentum.

Many organisations choose to bulk-purchase coaching sessions, providing vital, on-demand support for artists, creatives, commissionees, employees, or members. This ensures individuals receive guidance when they need it most, fostering deeper well-being, resilience, creative flow, and personal alignment.
